Lemon Lady
This elegant, fresh cocktail has a creamy twist and is perfect for sultry evenings.
Serving method
Shaken and served in a chilled martini glass.
Ingredients
- 35 ml gin
- 20 ml Ibicello
- 10 ml orange curaçao
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 15 ml egg white (e.g. from ½ egg or in powder form)
Garnish
A thin lemon peel (lemon twist) on the rim or in the glass. Preparation: First, shake all the ingredients without ice (a 'dry shake') to make the egg whites frothy. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Salud!

This tempting cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny day at the beach. It's fresh, fruity and has a playful twist – just like Ibiza itself!
Ingredients:
- Ibicello
- Fresh strawberries
- Strawberry syrup
- Fanta Lemon
- Cachaça
- A dash of lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Blueberries as a topping

Ingredients
- 40 ml Ibicello
- 15 ml white rum
- 15 ml rosemary-honey syrup
- 6 to 8 fresh basil leaves
- Pinch of hibiscus salt
- Top with sparkling or soda water
