Shipping and Delivery

Order Ibicello online and we will ensure your bottle is delivered to your home safely and as soon as possible. Read on to find out more about our shipping process, including costs, delivery times and packaging.

Shipping information

We currently only ship within the Netherlands. Orders are delivered within one to three business days via PostNL, depending on workload and delivery address. During busy periods, such as around public holidays or in the summer, it may take a little longer.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days are usually processed the same day.

Shipping costs

We keep it simple:

  • Standard shipping within the Netherlands : €7.99

To reduce packaging material and share the shipping costs, we recommend ordering multiple bottles at once, either on your own or with friends or family.

Safe & sustainable packaging

Every bottle of Ibicello is a small work of art, and we treat it as such. Each order is carefully packed in sturdy, durable shipping boxes specially designed for safely transporting glass bottles.

Our packaging is fully recyclable and made from recycled materials wherever possible. This means that you can enjoy not only the pure taste, but also a more sustainable product.

Is it possible to track my package? Plus

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link showing you exactly when your bottle will be delivered.
What happens if I'm not at home? Plus

If the delivery person cannot deliver the package to you, they will try to deliver it to your neighbours. Otherwise, you will receive a card with information about a new delivery time.
Do you deliver to Ibiza or anywhere internationally? Plus

Ibicello is currently not available to purchase internationally via the webshop, but it is available at selected points of sale in Ibiza. We are preparing international shipping – sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
