Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles of Ibicello, as it is a food product. If your order is damaged or not as expected, however, we will be happy to help. We will, of course, be happy to resolve the issue for you. Please email us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and your order number, and we will send you a replacement product or find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
